Terms of use

Rider Hub is a meeting place. We connect shops that need deliveries with independent bikers who carry them. Bikers are not our employees and shops are not our agents.

Not liable for loss or theft. Rider Hub is not responsible for any goods or cash that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed. Shops choose their biker using the ratings, distance and verification shown, and the shop and biker deal with each other directly about the goods and any cash collected.

Verification. A "Verified" badge means we have checked the biker's ID document and bike registration against the details they gave. It is not a guarantee of conduct.

Ratings are mandatory. A shop must rate each delivery before posting the next one. Ratings must be honest; fake or abusive ratings may lead to suspension.

Cash on delivery. When a shop asks a biker to collect cash, the biker must bring back the exact amount collected, with nothing deducted, promptly. A flat $2.00 cash-return fee is added to that order, and the shop pays it to the biker with the delivery fee. The shop confirms receipt in the app.

Biker subscriptions. During our launch, riding on Rider Hub is free. We'll give notice before weekly subscriptions start.

WhatsApp. By registering you agree to receive order and account messages on WhatsApp (new delivery jobs are shown in the app). You can switch this off in your account.

Suspension. We may suspend any account for fraud, theft, abuse or repeated poor ratings.
